Refund policy

At Kick Zone Coaching, we are dedicated to delivering elite, professional football coaching experiences for players of all ages and abilities. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle all refund and cancellation requests fairly and transparently.

Cancellations by Clients

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be non-refundable.

Cancellations by Kick Zone Coaching 

If we need to cancel a session due to coach illness, facility issues, or extreme weather, we will offer either a full refund  at no additional cost to you.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
